TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our health guarantee completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions

1. Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price

Deposit is required to reserve the puppy of your choice once your application is approved, the balance payable on the day we confirm delivery itinerary, or such other date as the parties may mutually agree. This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of Seller, the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transferring that deposit toward another puppy.
Please be certain that you are ready for the time commitment and financial Responsibility of a puppy prior to putting a deposit on one.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the Dog if:
​
(a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for personal reasons, or
(b) Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchase Price within 7 days after the agreed delivery date.
In either event, Seller shall be free to sell the Dog to another party.
2. Seller’s Representations and Health Warranties

Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that:
(a) Seller is the legal and true owner of TeddyPups Dubai and that Seller has full right and authority to sell the dog.
​
(b) The Dog is being sold free and clear of any lien, security interest, charge or other encumbrance.
​
(c) The Dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale.
​
(d) The buyer undertakes to present the dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within three days from arrival to activate Health Guarantee and Refund Warranty. If the Dog is found with genetic, life threatening, untreatable defects Buyer may return the puppy, with a written statement from the veterinarian, for a full refund. Failure by Buyer to have the puppy examined within the 3 days period will nullify this warranty. If the Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, no replacement will be given, and all medical costs and treatment are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. This health guarantee will be null and void.​

(e) Dehydration, Diarrhoea, Hypoglycaemia, Coccidia, Canine Herpes Virus, Kennel cough, Dry eye, Entropion, Internal and external parasites, Giardia, Fungal infections, Blood sugar or skin issues or any condition that can be corrected by veterinarian treatment and any other treatable disorders or common disorders in every dogs and preventable conditions are not covered. Sellers will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization. Buyer agrees that they have thoroughly researched the teacup sized breeds and understand the health issues they can possess. This guarantee covers only the original Buyer and is not transferable.

(f) To ensure that Buyer does not euthanize the dog or take it to an animal shelter, Seller will take the dog back at any time during the dog’s lifetime. Seller will assist the Buyer in rehoming the dog should the Buyer no longer be able to care for the dog or take the dog back and rehome the dog under a separate agreement.
All veterinarian charges incurred by the buyer are sole responsibility of the buyer and will under NO circumstances be paid by Seller.

3. Marketing materials/Photos/Videos
Our breeding partners often take videos and photos of each puppy and share with other retailers in some countries, all herewith presented photographs/videos are legally approved and were provided to TeddyPups Dubai for marketing purposes.
4. Fitness of Purpose
The Dog was bred as a companion animal, and Seller does not provide any warranty as to the Dog’s
fitness for any specific purpose, including obedience trials, show ring performance, and/or breeding
purposes.

5. Buyer’s Representations
The Buyer hereby covenants and agrees with the Seller that the buyer will at all times during the continuance of this agreement;
​
(a) Be responsible for the provision of adequate accommodation, fencing, socialisation, feeding, upkeep, care, grooming and veterinary expenses of the puppy together with any medicines/vaccinations as and when required. Additionally, register the puppy and keep current such registration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the puppy resides.
​
(b)Buyer Understands this puppy will be imported from overseas and isn’t a puppy bred in UAE as our breeding program is based in Asia and America.
​
(c) The Dog will reside with Buyer as companion pet to Buyer and Buyer’s family.
​
(d) Buyer will not keep the Dog chained or tethered or permanently house the Dog in a
kennel.
​
(e) Buyer is not acting as agent for any other person or business in the purchase of the Dog.
​
(f) Buyer will not sell, give, or release the Dog to a pet shop, retail store, dog dealer, animal testing
facility, research facility, or an agent for any such business or facility.
​
(g) In the event Buyer sells the Dog to a new owner, Buyer shall ensure that the new owner agrees in
writing to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
​
(h) Buyer understands that teacup sized dogs can be high maintenance and do require extra care especially when they are young. Buyer has the duty and responsibility to do extensive research prior to their commitment.
